How do I mail my device?
Please fill the form request a repair we will respond with an estimate and shipping instruction.

How do I pay?
We only accept direct bank transfer.

How much does it cost?
The cost price for repairs can vary please check services or contact us for a free estimate.

What if my device is beyond repair?
No fix, no fee.

Who pays for the shipping?
You pay when you ship to us, we will pay when ship back to you.

Where do I send my device to?
You will receive the delivery address when you finished filling the mail-in form.

How long does it take?
Usually 1-5 days. Repairs do vary some takes less time than other please contact us for your estimate.

Why do you need my passcode?
We need the passcode to test the features of your device to make sure everything is functioning as they should. If you are concerned about us seeing your data, please do a complete backup of your device, and reset the device to its factory condition before sending it to us.

What happens if my device gets lost or damaged during the shipping?
We insure our parcel to the value of the device, if they get lost we will claim a new device for you this is valid for the parcel we send from our end.
If your device gets lost when you send it to us, please contact the shipping company. Always insure and send us tracking number when sending your device to us.

How long of warranty do you offer?
All our repairs comes with 1 year of warranty. We do not cover any accidental and liquid damage devices.

What if I don’t pay for the repair?
You must pay your invoice before we can deliver your device. If we don’t receive any update or payment after 3 months, we may use your device for parts or sell it after restoring the device to factory condition.
