How it works
- You have a faulty device you either send it in for diagnostics, repair or for data recovery, depending on your situation.
- When you have submitted your request form, we assist your input and contact you with more details.
- When your device gets to us, we will proceed with our diagnostic process if needed.
- Upon your confirmation, we will proceed with the repairs, and send you back to you as soon as possible.
Is it safe
Yes, it’s very safe we recommend you insure your parcel and send it with tracking.
Can I drop it to you in person
No, currently we do not provide this service.
How long does it take
We know your device is important to you we aim to make turnaround time as fast as possible. For known issues such as screen replacement, charging port and known motherboard issues, the turnaround time is 2-3 days from when it gets to us.
